Submitting frequencies

When posting in the forum or asking for a listing to be added, include:

1. Frequency (MHz) and mode (NFM/AM/USB…)
2. Name / use if known
3. Location (town/county)
4. Tone/CTC if relevant
5. Date last heard

Do not post content that breaks UK law or Ofcom rules.
